YOGA & MINDFULNESS · LONDON
Grounded yoga
for everyday life.
Calm, considered yoga and meditation for people who want to feel better in their body and steadier in their mind — without performance or pressure.
A steady approach to movement and stillness
THE PRACTICE
Yoga here is practised as something practical and sustainable — not a performance, not an aesthetic. The focus is on moving with awareness, building functional strength, breathing with intention, and finding a little more ease in the body and mind.
Classes draw on a lifelong relationship with movement, a deepened yoga practice shaped by injury and recovery, and a genuine appreciation for the calming quality that consistent practice brings to an otherwise busy life.
Meditation is woven into the practice — influenced by Korean Buddhist traditions, including the use of a singing bowl and Seon stick, which bring a particular quality of stillness to the end of each session.

DAN E.
“The guidance on alignment is clear, and I appreciate having options when something doesn't suit my body. It's made practising feel much more comfortable.”
Yoga as a practical tool, not a performance
HOW IT WORKS
Small, intentional movements. Clear instruction. A calm pace. No pressure to keep up, compete, or look a certain way.
Whether you are returning to movement after time away, managing a specific goal like stress or posture, or simply looking for a reliable way to feel more at ease in your body — you are welcome here.
Classes are sometimes taught by other qualified yoga teachers, ensuring the same considered approach continues even when the lead teacher is unavailable.
