A few things people often ask

A device with a camera, enough floor space to stretch out, and comfortable clothes. No special equipment is required, though a yoga mat helps. A Zoom link is sent in advance of every session.

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

In-person private sessions take place at your home or at a suitable location of your choice. For corporate clients, sessions are delivered at your office. I am based in South West London and regularly teach in the City and Bank area. A travel surcharge applies for locations beyond Zones 1–2.

The majority of sessions are taught by the lead teacher. Some sessions are occasionally covered by other qualified yoga teachers who share the same calm, considered approach. You will always know in advance if a session is being covered.

Yes. AlignStill holds public liability insurance and the lead teacher is a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher. DBS checked. Corporate clients are welcome to request documentation.

Private sessions: cancellations or rescheduling requests made with at least 24 hours' notice are handled flexibly. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours may be charged in full. Full terms are shared on booking. Corporate clients receive written terms as part of every agreement.
