Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and to all yoga and mindfulness services provided by AlignStill, including private sessions, small-group sessions, corporate workplace wellbeing programmes, wellbeing workshops, on-demand video content, and related communications. By using this website or booking a service, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services

Services provided under the AlignStill name include:

  • Private 1:1 yoga sessions (online and in-person)

  • Small-group sessions (2–4 people, online and in-person)

  • Corporate and workplace wellbeing sessions (online and in-person)

  • Themed wellbeing workshops and programmes

  • On-demand yoga and meditation video content (where available)

Service details, formats, and pricing are described on the website and confirmed at the time of booking. Services may be updated from time to time to reflect availability and operational needs.

2. Who delivers sessions

Sessions are delivered by AlignStill's lead teacher or, where notified in advance, by another qualified yoga teacher operating under the AlignStill name. All teachers hold appropriate qualifications and public liability insurance. You will be notified in advance if a session is being covered by a different teacher.

3. Bookings

Private and small-group clients

Bookings are made by contacting AlignStill directly via the website contact form or by arrangement. A booking is confirmed when payment has been received, or when a block invoice has been issued and paid.

Corporate clients

Corporate bookings are confirmed in writing, with a simple agreement setting out the format, schedule, pricing, invoicing terms, and cancellation policy. The booking is confirmed when acknowledged in writing by both parties.

4. Pricing and payment

Private and small-group clients

Prices are listed in pounds sterling (£) on the website. The latest introductory session price is stated on the website. Block bookings of 6 sessions are invoiced in full in advance, payable within 7 days of invoice. Individual sessions are invoiced on booking, payable before the session takes place.

Corporate clients

All corporate sessions are invoiced in advance of delivery, payable within 7 days of the invoice date. For block or programme bookings, the full block is invoiced before the first session takes place. Late payment may result in sessions being paused until the invoice is settled.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

Private and small-group clients

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with at least 24 hours' notice will be accommodated where possible. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full. Block sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited from the block without replacement.

Where a session cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances on our part, an alternative session will be offered or a proportionate refund issued.

Corporate clients

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with at least 48 hours' notice will be accommodated. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged in full. Written cancellation terms are included in every corporate agreement.

Cancellation by AlignStill

In the rare event that a session must be cancelled by AlignStill, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative date or a full refund for that session.

6. Online sessions

Online sessions are delivered via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet, depending on the client's preference. A link is sent by email in advance of each session. Sessions are not recorded by AlignStill and recordings are not distributed. Participants must not record sessions without prior written consent.

7. In-person sessions

In-person private sessions take place at the client's home or a mutually agreed location. Corporate sessions take place at the client's office or agreed venue. AlignStill covers London zones 1–2 without a travel surcharge. A travel surcharge applies for locations beyond zones 1–2 and will be agreed in writing at the time of booking.

8. Health, safety, and participation

By booking and attending a session, participants confirm that they are fit to participate and take personal responsibility for their own health and wellbeing during practice. If you have an injury, a medical condition, or any concerns about participation, please seek appropriate professional advice before attending and inform the teacher before the session begins.

For corporate bookings, it is the responsibility of the organisation to communicate any relevant health guidance to employees and to ensure that participation is voluntary. All guidance offered during sessions is for general wellbeing purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

9. On-demand video content

Where on-demand video content is made available:

  • Access is for personal, non-commercial use only

  • Content may not be downloaded, shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent

  • Participation in video-guided practice is at the viewer's own risk, subject to the health and safety provisions above

  • Access may be subject to additional platform-specific terms where content is hosted on a third-party service

10. Intellectual property

All website content, session materials, video content, and related resources are the property of AlignStill. Content is provided for personal use only and may not be recorded, shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

11. Conduct

All participants are expected to behave respectfully during sessions and communications. Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from a session without refund.

12. Limitation of liability

AlignStill holds public liability insurance. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UK law. To the extent permitted by law, AlignStill is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in sessions or use of website content.

13. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at alignstill.com/privacy-policy.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available at alignstill.com/terms-and-conditions. Continued use of the website or booking of services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
